I have been wanting to update this page ..But have been so busy with High School coaching!
I Firstly want to congratulate My P.R. Teammates for a great successful season at USA Triathlon Nationals-(13 of us raced at Nationals)-and Triathlon World Champs, where Cassandra McGuire finished Ranked in the Olympic Distance World Championship race in the top 11!!-and P.R. Co-Coach and My training partner-Adam Kuncel finished with the 2nd fastest bike split in the Worlds sprint race (*almost 28 MPH!) to get him in the top 20 !!!

#2. I want to say Huge KUDOS to My Avon Lake High School Gals team who work their tails off and listen and trust in the training process and focus on technique and have embraced the suck to become S.W.Conference CHAMPIONS!! !!-first time in 16 yrs!
**Not to toot my own horn, but a testament to my hard training and focused training this year! I won my first ever overall title at the Challenge Cedar Point 1/2 Ironman Aqua bike! (&*by 10 mins! )even in 30 MPH winds Had my fastest bike split ever for the half distance! :feeling good! 🙂 – I try to live the Example!

I just wanted to let you know that I put into practice the techniques that you and Adam taught at the swim clinic on Sunday to great effect. My time for a 600M swim 3 weeks ago was around 20 minutes.~ I swam a timed 600M last night at Masters practice and got 12.06 minutes!
So THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for helping me review my form and put the pieces together! I still have a lot of practice ahead of me, but that was an encouraging improvement. Hope to be able to come to more!
